Campo National High School welcomes the National Learning Camp on its opening date of July 24, 2023. Spearheaded by our School Head Teacher III, Mrs. Nenita P. Lacsamana, together with the subject Coordinators, council heads, and teacher volunteers. According to DepEd Order No. 14, S.Y. 2023, The NLC aims to close Learning gaps and assist K–12 learners in all public elementary and secondary schools nationwide in attaining learning standards. Thus, Campo NHS enthusiastically conducted different activities to set up the mood of the learners for the upcoming activities all throughout the summer camp.
On day one the Teacher-in-charge conducts orientation for the learners and provides ideas for the activities the second day was full of activities such as paper plane making and games boosted the student’s interest in learning. The third day Science teacher Mrs. Josephine W. Suruiz initiated the lesson with a very fun activity called water Transport. This activity recognizes the critical role of teachers in improving learning outcomes and learners interest. NLC also serves its purpose by improving learner performance and strengthening teachers capacity.
